Sep 27, 2017

Today, we have Erik Weihenmayer, one of the most celebrated and accomplished athletes in the world. In 2001, he became the first blind person in history to climb Mount Everest and all of the Seven Summits - the tallest peak on each of the seven continents.

He also solo kayaked 277 miles of the Grand Canyon - one of the most formidable whitewater venues in the world. Erik continually seeks out new adventures, focusing on empowering people traditionally swept to the sidelines of life.

He founded No Barriers, which helps people with challenges tap into the human spirit, break through barriers, and contribute to the world. Not only has Erik used his loss of physical vision to expand his mind’s vision and potential, he’s taken a stand for everyone to do the same.

Today, Erik is going to share his heart and mind, and his powerful vision of what is possible when we put our fears aside and go for our dreams. I can’t wait for you to experience his inspiring story so stay seated because we are going to be in for an exciting ride.
