BOSS Academy Radio - Real Business Ownership Success Strategies: Entrepreneur, Small Business, Coaching, Start-ups

Dec 21, 2015

External issues are easy to solve, as an entrepreneur.  Buying new software, hiring a consultant, taking a training course...  These are just a few of the examples of solutions you can apply.  Internal struggles, on the other hand, are much more of an issue.  Self-doubt, procrastination, distractions, negative thinking, and many other internal struggles can limit success more than anything.

Can you attract negativity into your life?  Absolutely.  Can you turn this around?  Most definitely.  Vulnerability is not about complaining, but finding support to help you get to the next level.  Entrepreneurs often believe they have to do it on their own.  That mindset is so limiting.  Creating a support system of processes and people can help the "lonely" entrepreneur succeed in amazing ways.  This isn't about giving up control, but rather recognizing that we're stronger when we have support.  Do you have a sounding board to bounce ideas off of?  Is that person or group of people objective, fair and supportive?  Or do you find every idea being shot down?  Be honest with yourself about your support system.  If it isn't helping you progress, then perhaps you need to create a new system.

Being an entrepreneur is very challenging "job" and career path, so do not let yourself go at it alone.  For when you're stuck, you must find a healthy and efficient way of getting unstuck as quickly as possible.  Learn more at http://bossacademy.com.
